Production Crew
Help operate RO. Nation LIVE events behind the scenes, ensuring each production runs smoothly from setup to close.
The role
Hiring Cap (-)
As a member of the Production Crew, you will assist with event setup, rehearsals and live operations. Depending on your skills, you may support staging, lighting, audio, cameras, technical systems or general event coordination. You will work closely with the wider team, follow the run-of-show and respond quickly when changes are needed.
What we're after
- ✓Must be 16+
- ✓Must communicate clearly and follow instructions.
- ✓Must be active and responsive on Discord.
- ✓Must be available for rehearsals and scheduled events.
- ✓Must remain focused during live productions.
- ✓Must work calmly under pressure.
- ✓Must collaborate effectively with other crew members.
- ✓Must be willing to learn new production systems.
- ✓Must represent RO. Nation LIVE appropriately.
- ✓Previous Roblox production experience is preferred but not required.
