Talent Manager
Manage RO. Nation LIVE’s performers and talent, ensuring they are supported, prepared and scheduled for each production.
The role

As a Talent Manager, you will oversee communication between performers and the production team. You will help recruit talent, manage availability, coordinate rehearsals and ensure everyone understands their role before an event. You will also support talent throughout productions and help resolve any concerns professionally.
What we're after
- ✓Must be 16+
- ✓Must communicate clearly and professionally.
- ✓Must be active and responsive on Discord.
- ✓Must be organised and able to manage multiple people.
- ✓Must be confident working with performers and production staff.
- ✓Must handle scheduling, availability and rehearsals reliably.
- ✓Must remain calm when handling concerns or last-minute changes.
- ✓Must represent RO. Nation LIVE appropriately.
- ✓Must keep internal and personal information confidential.
- ✓Previous talent or team-management experience is preferred.
